At the invitation of ESMAD, I was present at the second edition of an event called Plug-In. The event took place at ESMAD last Wednesday, January 16th.
I was invited as Zalox’s CEO to participate in this event, whose main goals are to foster partnerships of curricular internships and the development of projects in companies.
Plug-In 2018, which is the second edition of the event, is aimed at integrating finalist students into the job market, which is the reason why ESMAD selected companies that work in areas in which the students could be interested in working in the future.
After the opening session, a “speed-dating” took place in which students and teachers approached the representatives of the invited companies and asked questions and exchanged ideas in an informal communication environment.
Throughout the afternoon, I had the opportunity to talk with undergraduate students from courses as Design, Multimedia and Communication and Audiovisual Technology and presented Zalox, the work we have developed and the candidate profiles we are looking for.
The experience was very positive for all parties and it was an interesting way of contacting those who will be the future of the labour market. I thank ESMAD for the invitation I received and look forward to new opportunities for networking and collaborations in the future.
